Kaylee May Law: a proud lifelong resident of Walnut. My journey in public service is deeply inspired by my heritage as a second-generation Asian American with mixed roots and by the sacrifices of those who came before me.
I’ve been fortunate to build a foundation of education and experience that fuels my passion for service. As one of the youngest college graduates in the United States, starting college at 13, I hold five college degrees: three associate’s degrees from Mt. San Antonio College, a bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University, and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. I also had the privilege of interning for Congresswoman Young Kim, where I gained firsthand experience in legislative work and community advocacy.
My career began as a legal administrator at the Law Offices of James Wang, where I developed a strong understanding of leadership and collaboration. I’ve also served on the boards of the Chinese American Association of Walnut and the Purist Group, contributing to initiatives that promote cultural awareness and community support.
On the City Council, I’m focused on fostering safety and transparency. I’m passionate about ensuring that Walnut remains a welcoming and safe place to live, work, and play.
When I’m not serving the community, you’ll often find me spending time with my family, trying new resturants, or relaxing at a cafe. I’m honored to serve Walnut and excited to work with our incredible community to build a bright future together.
